Mix Six Beer: The Rarities Pack

One for the beer aficionados. Sip and savour.

La Sirène Fleur Folie
La Sirène’s first saison miele (honey saison) is spicy and complex, yet incredibly bright. While leatherwood honey provides a touch of sweetness, it also offers enticing blossom aromas. One for your picnic basket. Alphington

La Sirène ‘Avant Garde Collection’ Seven Sirens
A collaboration with Seven Seeds Specialty Coffee that promises to be one of La Sirène’s most daring ‘Avant Garde’ beers. In short, it’s a spontaneously-fermented red ale infused with primo coffee. Earthy and slightly tart. Alphington

Wildflower Gold Blend #7
Notes from the brewer: “Our homage to the rustic, provincial ales of Wallonia, Gold is a medium-strength wild ale. Delicately balanced, Gold shows notes of pepper, fresh hops, lemon zest and stone fruits.” Marrickville

Wildflower Amber Blend #6
Notes from the brewer: “Amber is a well-cellared, rounded, malt-accentuated Australian wild ale. Our traditional recipe calls for an extended boil which caramelises rustic pale grains in order to develop a copper colour and malt sweetness. Marrickville

Boatrocker Wildecherry
Here, three separate – 12, 18 and 24-month-old – barrels of Morello cherry-infused red ale contribute to the final blend. Like last year’s L.A.B., but more complex. Characters of balsamic reduction, savoury spice and cherry jam. Braeside

Boatrocker Lord Raspberry
Comprised of 18 and 24-month-old, lambic-style ales, which are then racked into barrels for an additional two months with fresh raspberries. It’s vibrant, food friendly and super indulgent. Braeside
