Beer of the week: TWØBAYS Brewing Co. Gluten Free Pale Ale

When Richard Jeffares was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2015, he thought he’d never be able to enjoy craft beer again. Luckily, he didn’t give up, and instead took an exploratory journey through America where he found multiple sources of inspiration for just how delicious gluten free beer could be. Thankfully for us, he brought all that knowledge back to Australia and opened up his Mornington Peninsula brewery in 2017 to realise his dream. Easy-drinking with subtle delicate citrus aromas, brewed with millet, buckwheat, rice, citra, and loral hops – and endorsed by Coeliac Australia!
