Beer of the week: To Øl Brewery releases
Have no fear, To Øl is here! The prolific Danish microbrewery is back with a fresh delivery of all sorts of deliciousness and quite a range of unique brews. While we could wax lyrical about them all, we thought it best to keep it to three – so you’ll just have to pop into one of the stores and check out the rest of the range (or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org)!
To Øl 1 Ton of Rosehip, $16
Sometimes it’s all in the name: a literal tonne of rosehip was used to brew this sour, light, floral, and hoppy beer, which has been fermented with saison yeast.
To Øl Gose to Jamrock, $12
A double wheat Gose brewed with Mango, Guava, and Cane Sugar, as well as a healthy dose of Mosaic Hops. Matured with Jamaican Rhum soaked oak chips for a healthy lil twist.
To Øl Light Saviour, $11
Crisp and dry, double dry-hopped session IPA – hazy yellow with tropical fruit vibes.
