Wine of the week: 2017 Ca’ La Bionda Valpolicella Classico

Delicious and organically-farmed Valpolicella – what more could you want? Predominantly Corvina and Corvinone (and smaller portions of Rondinella and Molinara) grown on rocky limestone and clay soils, then fermented and matured in stainless steel – bringing a beautifully fresh character. Medium-weighted with a bright red floral nose, subtle pepper, red berries, light fine tannins, and a dry savoury finish. Vibrant and delicious!
