Hailing from the region of Ardeche, which lies on the cusp of Northern and Southern Rhone. A dynamic wine area with an increasing number of young wine growers. Wine maker Meryl Croizier’s connection to vines and agriculture in Ardeche runs deep, his grandparents were vignerons and farmers. Having 5 hectares of vines, that have all been converted to organic practices and are now well on their way to biodynamic certification. Fermented using wild yeasts with no fining or filtration.
