Not only does this pilsner from Sydney-based white Bay Brewing look like an authentic Czech pilsner, but it tastes like one too! Meticulously brewed using Bohemian malts and Czech hops, it was fermented cold and further cold conditioned to ensure everything was exactly to the right specifications. All that hard work has resulted in a pretty damn near perfect rendition of this legendary beer style.
