This wine is only produced in exceptional years, with this being only the 8th year of Sasso.
100% biodynamic, single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Lubiana family vineyard in the Derwent Valley. It whole bunch fermented, before undergoing wild fermentation then left to sit in French barriques for 10 months before being bottled.

A fifth and sixth generation winegrowing family, having established their site back in in Granton back in 1990 are producing some of the worlds top wines.
