Brothers, Dominique and Laurent Courbis took over their family domain in the early 1990’s and work with a gravity fed winery built into the majestic slopes of Saint Joseph. The duo is known for their modern winemaking approach in the Northern Rhone.

The grapes are hand harvested and destemmed, before being vinified in a mix of tank, barrique and sometimes new oak should the wine call for it. Picture perfect Syrah, a sweet and deep layer of bright red fruits, some cured meat savouriness and a lick of polished tannin.
