A complex and very limited bottle by Jura winemaking royalty, Jean-Francois Ganevat!
This painfully limited bottle is made using 100% Savagnin, with a harsh winter making an already limited cuvée even more scarce. The wine matured in barrel for four years under a veil of yeast known as sous voile—a method that's prevalent in Jura wines and slowly creeping into Australian winemaking. Ganevat utilises all-natural winemaking methods and minimal tinkering to create this fantastic drop! You'll be the envy of us all if you nab one of these extremely limited bottles.

Who is A & JF Ganevat?
Needs no introduction! Siblings Anne and Jean-François, the dynamic duo behind Ganevat, release coveted wines from the Jura & beyond. Combining Burgundy references with the alpine purity of the Jura, their wines are evocative, complex & thrilling.
Their more playful side shines in their VdF wines, teasing & tantalising the senses, whilst their Domaine wines are a rare experience in and of themselves - and always hard to find.
