Giuseppe Quintarelli is known as the father of Amarone. His legacy has been carried on by his daughter Fiorenza, and son-in-law Giampaolo, and now by his grandsons Francesco and Lorenzo. One of the rarer wines from Quintarelli, with grapes coming from their vineyards on basalt and limestone slopes. It’s a delicate balance of richness and intensity, without being overtly heavy.
