Like the Four Chambers of the heart, Pete believes there are four pillars for making wine: viticulture, winemaking, maturation and presentation.
Not your standard Chardonnay, there's plenty to dive into here, with notes of peach, stone fruit and a little savoury gun smoke reduction and some grape fruit peel. It's sitting more in the mid weight, with a savoury feel to the wine.
