From the inimitable Stefano Lubiana is this rich and textural Pinot Gris. Tangerine and citrus blossom aromatics lead to intriguing spice on the palate, with a lovely, glossy texture. Hand-harvested fruit was crushed and left on skins for 72 hours, resulting in a pretty blush to the wine, and left on lees for seven months.
