Something a little different from the Danish cult favourite, from their Natur collection!
This is a mixed fermentation ale that’s aged in a foeder (a big ol' wooden barrel) and macerated on the pressed skins of local Muscaris grapes, before being aged in ex-Chardonnay wine barrels—gentle citrus and floral notes, with balanced acidity and just a whisper of sweetness.
