This is an assertively hopped triple IPA that's not for the faint-hearted.
Nerves of Steel utilises an experimental technique at Mountain Culture which they have dubbed 'macrodosing'. Without getting too technical, the team have trialled a way to whirlpool hop residue into the beer post-fermentation to ramp up the intensity of the flavours. It's clearly working, because this beastly triple IPA is wall-to-wall with flavour, with concentrated citrus and resin notes along with toffeed malt and a robust bitterness.
