This masterpiece is given time in stainless and old barrels to nudge all the juice along and have it pour (after a decant) freely and with a little slurp. There’s a supple line of acidity, but the profile is delicate and so darn refined! Age and gift worthy? Oui!

Mon Dieu this is good!!! Full of vivid florals and fresh fruit that has a concentrated, granite aspect to it and just enough dried herbs and sweet spices to elevate things. Super impressive.

Phillipe Viet Fleurie Poncie Gamay 2023

A clean and plush expression with sweet whole berries and a flitting carbonic note. Very juicy and very pure, but it’s more than that thanks to a little mineral element and splash of dusty tannin.
