Sweet, plummy fruits and a loose-knit texture. It’s LoFi and a little funky but it’s Shiraz for all in our opinion, you just need to be open to a different take. Pour for blue fruits, sage and tapenade that warm the soul. Drink it on the couch with a good movie and better friends.

A & C Ainsworth Saddleback Syrah 2024

Pillowy and long. Adored by our staff at a recent training night. This feels like napping on a giant, juicy berry. Wine was fermented 100% whole bunch and very gently caressed, rather than agitated. Very inviting for light red lovers but big and velvety for bolder variety drinkers too.

There is beautiful balance here with stony minerals and subtle autumnal herbs along with some whole bunch snap, and delicate berries. Brilliant now, but it's showing enough depth to undoubtedly blossom with some time in your cellar.

Bandicoot Run Pinot Noir 2023

LoFi pop for deliciousness and a slightly creamy edge that washes down joyfully with raspberry and red currants. Grainy tannins and tea-leaf edges give you something to think about and make this perfect with steak au poivre.
