Raspberry, orange essence and whole bunch spice on the palate, with herbal aromas of raspberry leaf. This is a delicious drop with just a lick of tannin and some brisk acidity to keep things exciting.

Two Tonne EST Pinot Noir 2021

Red and black cherry, ripe raspberry and a little brown earth spice on the palate, and with a lick of whole bunch sap for good measure. A more structural play on Pinot, this has silky red fruits that finish with a little oak tannin.

This is a hazy IPA made entirely with locally grown and malted barley, Bruny Island red wheat, and Bushy Park hops. This has loads of juicy citrus and tropical fruit character, while the malt base brings a beautiful body and haze. (500ml) 6.6% ABV

100% biodynamic, single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Lubiana family vineyard in the Derwent Valley. It whole bunch fermented, before undergoing wild fermentation then left to sit in French barriques for 10 months before being bottled.

Stefano Lubiana Sasso Pinot Noir 2020

The juice was drained off skins immediately, actively oxygenated for that bright, light colour, then barrelled down to neutral oak, with a nice bit of malo for fun.

Supernatural Pinot X Pinot Noir Rose 2021

A very polished first release for Tassie legends Anna Pooley & Justin Bubb. The fruit came from Coal River, undergoing a mixture of 100% destemmed and 100% whole bunch fermentation before being left in a mix of concrete and oak. A lovely red fruited core; dried herbs and some subtle charcuterie notes.

Bubb & Pooley Pinot Noir 2021

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the East Coast, specifically Milton Vineyard, it underwent wild fermentation before being pressed to French oak puncheons with a portion of these being new. A lovely and bright nose. Fleshy red berries, salted plum, clove and firm tannin. Incredibly well-made wine, and for those of you Pinot drinkers that don’t mind a shiraz, this is for you.

Bubb & Pooley Syrah 2021

Made in the traditional German style, this is nice and pale with malt sweetness and lightly bitter hop character. (375ml) 4.8% ABV

Du Cane Hut Pale Ale

Made with a base of rolled wheat, oats and spelt to give a soft and luscious body, and a big burst of tropical juicy characters to top level refreshment.

Miners Gold Fog on the Tamar Hazy Pale Ale

Loaded with red florals and subtle tea leaf thanks to 30% whole bunch dialling up the aromatic expression. The palate is awash with poached wild strawberry, a little forestal cherry and swirling whole bunch savoury earth and sweet creamy oak spice.

Delamere Flyleaf Pinot Noir 2019

Through farming intuition and the odd luck of the draw, Meadowbank is now regarded as an iconic Tasmanian producer and respected fruit source to many well known producers. A truly perfectly balanced Riesling with incredibly deft use of subtle residual sweetness to balance the acidity, drive and structure. Lashings of apple blossom and crunchy green apple building into mineral chalkiness.
