This is a great bottle to dip your toes into the excellent world of Tequila Blanco. Made with a blend of agave and Piloncillo—handmade unrefined Mexican cane sugar—it's layered with herbal aromas of anis and black pepper, with sweet, cooked agave flavours on the palate. Unaged and rested for 14 days in American oak. (750ml) 40% ABV

El Tequileño Blanco Tequila

La Gritona Reposado is a subtle and distinctive 100% blue agave tequila distilled by Melly Barajas at her small distillery in Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Rested in reused American whiskey barrels for 8 months before filtering and bottling. The facility is overseen by a small staff of local women that work each process from start to finish. Light on sweetness, with a stunning aroma of agave. Although rested on oak, the taste remains herbaceous and vegetal, without the typical notes normally associated with a highland Reposado. The finish is crisp and round with no burn. Definitely drink it straight or with a cheeky crispy lager on the side. (700ml) 40% ABV

House of the Agaves? Sounds like our type of house. Made from a blend of two Agaves (Espadin from Oaxaca, and Cupreata from Guerrero) this is smooth with a touch of sweetness, chocolate, and mandarin, and less smoke character than some straight Espadin Mezcals. (700ml)

A beautiful Mezcal made with two different species of agave—Espadin and the wild variety, Tobala which brings floral and herbaceous notes to the spirit. The agave is cooked in traditional earthen pits which imparts a smoky character to the spirit though this bottle has a lighter smoky profile that makes it approachable for both newcomers to mezcal and old friends alike. Caballito Cerrero Azul Blanco 46

A rich style of Reposado that's been aged in American oak as well as undergoing a secondary fermentation to dial up the creaminess. Notes of prune, toasted almond, vanilla, and dulce de leche play on the palate. Sip, savour, repeat. (700ml)

Tierra Noble Reposado

This isn't your standard bottle of Tequila. Slow-fermented at high altitudes, this also goes through a secondary fermentation—something usually only seen in wine production. The result is a soft and fresh Tequila, with notes of raw agave, mint, citrus, and anise, plus some delicious buttery character from the double fermentation. (700ml) 40% ABV

Tierra Noble Blanco Tequila
