From the famed Barolo producer, Scarpa, this Bianco vermouth is quite literally made with care and dedication from the ground up.
Using a base wine of Moscato d'Asti, Scarpa's Vermouth di Torino features a secret blend of alpine herbs and botanicals to produce a complex and dry aperitivo. Savoury herbs linger on the nose, followed by a palate showing heather honey and citrus peel. Use in a Vespa, White Negroni or on the rocks with a splash of soda.
