This is a bit different from the usual Semillon-Sauvy B blend.
With fruit coming from the Crawford River vineyard, this wine sat on lees in neutral oak barrels for 16 months which were not topped up in order to encourage flor development. Dried honey, chamomile, and saline minerals with a pronounced oxidative imprint and chiselled acidity.
