Compelling Pinot Noir from Adriana and Al in West Gippsland. Farmed organically with a focus on biodiversity, this was fermented using indigenous yeasts then bottled unfined and unfiltered with only a small sulphur addition. Pure and clean with loads of fleshy cherry and a lovely leafiness.
