An ode to the wild weeks we’ve enduring over the last couple of years, this Imperial Gose will replace 2020’s sour taste with a delicious salted sour ale. A nod to more traditional Gose beers, this ale is unfined, unfiltered and carbonation is naturally derived. Kettle soured with lactobacillus plantarum and refermented on blood orange, there’s a rich full fruit salad on the nose with buckets of ruby grapefruit, blood orange, mandarin and lemon. A salty mid-palate balances the rich sourness perfectly. (500ml) 6.5% abv
