We love Brian! Three to four weeks of whole-berry skin contact/ferments in concrete eggs has brought massive vermouth vibes to this years PG. Think orange pekoe, strawberry gum and candy apple with plenty of spice and chalky grip.

Who is Ravensworth?
Founded in 2001 by Bryan and Jocelyn Martin and brother David Martin. Located in the heart of Murrumbateman wine country in NSW, they use natural forestry principles to manage their vineyard and believe “vines should look kinda scary, wild, and diverse”. They’re working on improving biodiversity to rebuild a forest around the vines. They completed their winery and cellar in 2020 and have everything they need to carefully process the different varieties they grow and source each year for the best possible wine.
