Domaine Mittnacht is a charming family-run estate based in the town of Hunawihr.
Known as one of the early pioneers of biodynamic farming, their farm was one of the first to gain certification in the Alsace over 20 years ago. Made in a méthode traditionnelle style, from a blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Riesling, with a small portion of Pinot Gris, it’s dry, it’s fresh and is all around delicious. A great priced alternative to Champagne, with notes of green apple, pear, hazelnut and a very refined bead.
