A creative conception in its third iteration from the crew at Brave New Wine. Riesling, left to ferment with native botanicals and left on lees until bottling, which has resulted in some magical. Vermouth-esque character, with lemon myrtle, citrus and an oxidative nutty edge.

Who is Brave New Wine?
Brave New Wine is brought to life by husband-and-wife duo Andrires and Yoko out in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. What started as a barrel of whole-bunch Chardonnay, skin-contact Riesling and a Pet Nat quickly turned into a cult following.
Making painfully small amounts of fascinating, experimental and delicious wines, they want their wines to reflect honestly and individuality, but most of all down right enjoyable things to drink.
