Sublimely balanced and layered thanks to the bold fruit and spice character of the ex-Bimber casks.
Aromas of spiced pear, baked apricot flan and candy swirl with rosewater, nutmeg and ginger spice. A syrupy palate of orchard and stone fruit give a bright mouthfeel guided by charred oak, white pepper and cooling mint. A long finish of sweet fruit and aromatic oak.
