One of the only Foradori cuvees to see time in oak, rather than amphora.

Elisabetta Foradori is a pioneer organic winegrower from the town of Trentino in Mezzolambardo. She is now considered one of the most forward-thinking winegrowers in the Italy region. She has a keen focus on Treoldego, a very old Trentino red grape variety that has roots dating back to the 15th century.

The wines today are highly sort after and are a pure, true expression of the terroir. A true joy to experience.

The Granato comes from a pergola trained vineyard in Campo Rotaliano, which sits on stony alluvial soils with pebbles and gravel. This sees 15 months in wood prior to bottling. Aromatically complex and concentrated on the palate, this is full of dark blueberries, green olives, spice, and a refined and elegant character.
