After almost a year without this wine (thanks to Australia's new-found thirst for sparkling!), it's a real pleasure to finally have the latest bottling of Stefano Lubiana's Brut Reserve back in our stores.
Predominately Pinot Noir, this year's iteration is richer and more opulent while retaining its balanced freshness. A little heathered honey, with layers of strawberry mousse, red apple skin and a nice jolt of citrus oil zing, with a low dosage at 3.5g. This release is based on the 2020 harvest, with 15% coming from the Lubiana reserve wine program.
