Sourced exclusively from the east-facing Block 12 vineyard, this is an elegant and poised example of Shiraz within the context of McLaren Vale's typical offerings. Light and floral aromas give way to blue fruits laced with notes of tobacco and green herbs. Give it time (and a little air) to unwind before dinner and its hidden treasures will come into view.
