Using a base of Brix's Shiraz barrel-aged rum, Trail Mix is infused with ginger, cumquat, honey, coffee grounds and orange peel - all either picked from sustainable farms or intercepted from one of Three Blue Ducks' restaurants around Australia. Adding to this, foraged native riberry & Kakadu plum along with Australian-grown mango and vanilla add further balance and roundness. A complex and decadent treat, this one is for sipping neat, pairing with food or getting creative in the home bar.
