The third release of this ongoing collab between Wildflower and Dane and Hannah of Momento Mori and we can only hope it will never end. This ale was made in 2020 with lightly pressed Greco skins from the winery. The beer and skins were left to do their thing for eight months before bottling and underwent natural conditioning through re-fermentation before being released for us to enjoy!
