A textural and thought-provoking rosé from Owen Latta, offering so much complexity and food pairing potential.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, which was fermented in neutral barrels and aged on lees for more than a year. Orange blossom, watermelon, tart strawberry and subtle oxidative hazelnut notes with a dusting of savoury tannin and creamy texture. This is one complex rosé.

A second-generation wine maker, turning heads in the Australian wine scene. With over 20 vintages under his belt, Owen Latta was thrown into the wine making scene at the ripe age of 15. In 2007, Owen returned home to his family vineyard, Eastern Peake, which is home to some of the region’s best Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Still there today, he is head wine maker and is producing more serious wines under this label.
