Together with the neighbouring winegrowers he is determined to continue to build the reputation of this little-known wine growing region. The vineyard takes a holistic approach and is completely eco-friendly.

The En Boeuf cuvée comes from a parcel next to the climat of Les Vignots, in a well-ventilated valley, perfectly suited for the Domaine's search for freshness. Sitting on the darker fruit spectrum, the wine is elegant and almost Volnay-like toward the finish from its cooler site.
