When Graeme Schultz of Forest Orchards arrived at the Manon Farm cellar with a tank of juice, asking to have it made into cider, Tim and Mon could only say yes. And we're so glad they did!

Organically farmed apples and pears have been used in this super refreshing cider, that's ever so slightly sweeter than Manon's APQ cider. Keeping things simple, pressed juice was fermented in tank until the sugars were just right, followed by a further 18 months fermenting in bottle. The only thing to do is crack this open and enjoy.

Who is Manon Farm?

Manon sits 600m up on the Forest Range ridge in the Adelaide Hills near the Basket Range. A prevailing, cooling ocean breeze combined with the altitude creates perfect growing conditions for their organic methods and mineral-driven wines. They first started planting in 1993 and now have 14 different varieties across 15 acres under vine. Their wine is responsive to the seasons and harvest. They exclusively use their own fruit to ensure quality and biodynamics. Their approach is to work with nature and the cosmos, to listen to what it whispers and capture that in their wine.
