The Pur Jus is a blend of 40% Kerner, 35% Gewürztraminer, 15% Ortega and 10% Bacchus that sees a little skin contact and then is left to age in old wood for 9 months before being bottled with no filtration or sulphur. This is a textural treat that is sure to be enjoyed with your wine club.
