This small-batch handmade Saison Vermouth comes from chef turned aperitif nerd, Dave Verheul (aka the head chef at iconic Melbourne restaurant, Embla!)
Made using a Moscato base wine and blended with organic rhubarb, early spring magnolias, violets and lavender. The vermouth is buttered with Australian wormwood and aged with some more roasted rhubarb and lots of lilac flowers. Just lovely on its own, simply add ice.
