Elsa is an incredible blend of Nerello Mascalese with Frappato and Nero d'Avola, made with the best grapes from winemaker Filippo's vineyard.
Grapes spent two weeks on skins before resting in concrete for a year and a further two in bottle. The resulting wine is deep and savoury, and intensely representative of both place and producer.
