A refined Chardonnay, made with a blend of Gentle Folk's estate fruit, showcasing the elegance of the Adelaide Hills.
Sourced primarily from the Scary Gully, Piccadilly, Ashton and Murdoch Hills vineyards, the fruit for this cuvée was pressed as whole clusters before spending nine months in a mix of French and Austrian barriques, puncheons and foudres. The result? A Chardonnay layered with complexity that balances ripe fruit with pitch-perfect acidity.
