Smells like a basket of orchard apples, fine white pear—absolutely delicious. It's savoury, saline, and seems to just slip down the throat. Spent 9 months on full less so there's pulpiness, part in stainless, part in wood. Great line of acidity, just for good measure to help keep it fresh. Amazing!!!
