A fuller expression of Riesling yet this remains true to the Clare Valley's classic style. Sourced from the 100-year-old Parish vineyard—one of the first three Riesling vineyards in the region—and vinified in a mix of stainless steel and ceramic egg.

The result is a wine rich in floral notes sitting beautifully alongside green mango, pear and fennel, with a wash of slate bringing a lean edge to the long finish.
