A playful field blend from Max and Siobhan at Anim Wines using a combination of nine different varieties all co-fermented.
Fruit spent 13 days on skins, with a portion as whole bunches and was wild yeast fermented. The result is a bright and floral wine brimming with lots of light red berries, cherry, and fresh herbs, with just a hint of salinity, too. Would go well with a wee little chill in the chilly bin!
