Made with yellow gum honey from the Otways which is collected by beekeeper, Josh, who consciously harvests honey to ensure his bees have enough to survive through winter. A dry mead that’s not lacking in honey-richness and finishes with a good sweetness on the palate. Being Solera-fermented means that Black Arts can continue to release Mead that’s been aged in oak for around 3 years.
