100% Chardonnay with 3 years on lees, from the very excellent Grand Cru terroirs of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Avize in the Côte des Blancs. With a low dosage of just 3g/l, this is precise and pure with grapefruit, almond biscuit, chalk laced minerality and subtle brioche notes a lot of people conjure when they dream about Champagne.
