Nerocapitano is what the Sicilian’s call Frappato.
This sun soaked red pours with a gorgeous shade of cherry and comes, blushing with fruit and a little wildflower. Grown on 20-year-old vines that run over clay and at 430m elevation, grapes were fermented on skins for seven days, before pressing and eight months in concrete.
