We’re back with the Koerner Bros who have made us a ripping Gamay for our Parco series.
This vintage is a little deeper thanks to a long and cool growing season. The fruit spent 2 weeks on skins, and 5 months in Slavonian oak then 3 months in stainless, making for a profile that’s all raspberry, cherry, blueberry and bramble fruits. Look out for a lovely chalky edge, some cooling herb and a brisk acidity that’ll have it pairing amazingly well with all your favourite summer feasts.
