Four Pinots for all the love.
The backbone is good ol Gris, but there's a nice amount of Noir and Meunier, plus a splash of Blanc thrown in for good measure. Fermentation was in both oak and stainless and the Gris was left on skins so it glows with a lil tint. This is a park hit with the right vibe and strawberries, grapefruit and a pinch of spice oozing out of each glass.
