Well-balanced sweetness. Dark berries and plums that sparkle, or bubble even. Notes are worth journaling because they’re mulberry and a stingy piece of dark chocolate – apparently, I break off too much and need to be ‘monitored’ at family functions when the block comes out. Fluffy and softly red fruited with foamy, but still crunchy, red apples and just a little berry goodness, there’s some nice complexity here. It’s kept on lees to this day, so get ready for a lick of herby perfection. Shines at a house party and is radiant in the park.
