Marty’s always been good at picking a partner for a duet. He and La Sirene have joint forces to ferment Roussanne grapes with Champagne yeast from the latter. That means savoury, citrus snaps for the Sour Beer people, some peach skins for Pét Nat peeps, and some very classy fizz and texture that elevates the entire experience. Look out Gotye and Kimbra!

It all adds up to brilliance and gives the profile a great blend of chamomile, honey and savoury freshness.
