Pillowy and long. Adored by our staff at a recent training night. This feels like napping on a giant, juicy berry. Wine was fermented 100% whole bunch and very gently caressed, rather than agitated. Very inviting for light red lovers but big and velvety for bolder variety drinkers too.

Earthy, minerally with slate and just a little funky. It's delicate like Pinot but with that forest floor vibes we love. This isn't pretty, but there's more than enough to love, especially if you're into light Grenaches, mushrooms If you want to clean it up, put in your cellar for a couple of years. Yum either way though!

Coating, impressive and full of blossoms, from delicious white florals to citrus zest. Despite maturation in French oak only, the profile is lean and everything tastes as if it has been rinsed over stones.

We sent some of our retail staff to Latta and they came back going on and on about this Grenache which was still in barrel at that point, but wow. It’s all grown up now, and into a thought-provoking, delicious wine that’s full of strawberries, sweet spice and candied fruit.

2024’s growing season made for smaller grape clusters, which meant more concentrated berries and dialled-up skinsy tannins, but (thanks to Niki & Tim’s quality winemaking) there’s still plenty of balance and a glossy, gliding texture that features a smidge of leesy funk.
