Rosende is a single vineyard that’s all granite and flecked sand underground. This produces a lot of texture on the palate but overall, the wine is elegant and clean with handfuls of pomegranate in every glass. We’d recommend decanting this one for 30+ minutes.

Lousas are the wines Envinate grow in Ribeira Sacra which is a slate-heavy pocket of Galicia that meanders along the Minho river. As with all Envinate wines, the terrier sings so you're left with a mineral, juicy and richly floral palate/nose that’s a good introduction to Galicia and Envinate.
